Respironics has advanced their technology offering its smallest CPAP machine ever! This 'Basic' model looks and feels the same as the Plus or Pro and has extended RAMP time for up to 45 minutes. It is compact and great for travel. This CPAP machine does not have the pressure relief that C-Flex offers. Overall, this is a good CPAP machine as Respironics has a dependable name and they produce a fine product. This device has all the functions of a basic CPAP machine – pressures 4-20 cm H2O, ramp, altitude adjustment, and hours used. However, the one drawback to this unit is the power supply. The Respironics M-Series line of CPAP is powered through a power cord and power supply box. This power supply is 4.5” x 2.25” x 1.25”.
